Salary Range: $29.00 - $33.00 hourly
S&H Machine, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Administrator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and is passionate about employee engagement, compliance, and organizational support.
The HR Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, recruiting support, training coordination, and maintaining employee records.

Maintain employee records related to hiring, promotions, transfers, leaves, and terminations

Coordinate onboarding and New Employee Orientation programs

Support employee training, evaluations, and compliance tracking

Administer employee benefit programs

Assist with recruiting activities, including job postings, phone screens, interviews, and background checks

Maintain HR documents such as organizational charts, handbooks, and job descriptions

Support employee relations and respond to employee concerns

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and employment regulations

Partner with managers to support continuous improvement initiatives and workforce development

Maintain accurate HR and training records within company systems

Associate degree or equivalent preferred

1–3 years of related HR or administrative experience preferred

Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft 365; familiarity with HR systems preferred

This position works onsite in a manufacturing environment and requires regular interaction with employees across departments.
