Fast Growing Diesel Part Manufacturer Seeking Customer Service Rep
Requirements:
Exceptional communication skills required
Knowledge diesel/automotive products a plus
Must be proficient in MS excel
Able to work independently
Organizational skills
Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs/apps
Duties:
Answering incoming calls from customers and vendors
- Escalating queries and concerns to sales or production team
Working in MS exel and our custom databased for part look up and cross reference
Problem solving for orders, shipping issues and product issues
