We are seeking a skilled and compassionate physical therapist with expertise in addressing chronic pain and bridging the gap between rehab and performance. If you are passionate about helping individuals achieve lasting relief and improved quality of life, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify the root causes of clients' chronic pain.
- Develop personalized treatment plans that address both symptoms and underlying issues.
- Provide hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and other evidence-based interventions.
- Educate and empower clients to take an active role in their recovery.
- Collaborate with other therapists to create a cohesive team.
- Ensuring that their department's practices align with healthcare laws and regulations.
- Marketing their facility's services to the local area.
- Communicating with other medical professionals.
Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist with a focus on holistic treatment
- Minimum 3 years of DPT experience in a cash-based environment.
- Strong diagnostic and assessment skills.
- Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care.
- Willingness to work in a collaborative, results-driven environment.
- Continuous learning mindset.
- Ensure clinic operations and documentation remain compliant with healthcare laws and regulations
- Help develop and refine clinical systems, workflows, and treatment standards
- Monitor clinic performance metrics, patient satisfaction, and retention
- Contribute to business growth initiatives and local community outreach
- Collaborate with local gyms, coaches, physicians, and healthcare professionals to build referral relationships
- Participate in marketing efforts, workshops, social media content, and brand development
