Operations & Order Management
- Manage daily DT Logistics orders from start to finish
- Review incoming orders in our software platform
- Print pick lists, packing slips, shipping labels, and related documents
- Monitor order status and make sure orders are processed on time
- Update orders, shipments, and inventory in our warehouse/order management system
- Communicate internally about order issues, inventory questions, special handling, and customer requests
- Help coordinate receiving, returns, inventory updates, and other warehouse workflows
Warehouse Support
- Pick and pack orders when needed
- Prepare packages for shipment
- Help keep the warehouse organized and operational
- Assist with inventory counts, audits, and product checks
- Support the team with problem solving and daily workflow
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new software systems
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple orders and tasks at the same time
- Reliable and responsible
- Good communication skills
- Willing to do both office/admin work and light warehouse work
- Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move packages during the day
- Warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, logistics, eCommerce, or inventory experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
