Duties

- Manage key accounts through regular communication, tailored proposals, and negotiations to maximize revenue potential.
- Collaborate with general manager and revenue management to create promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract target audiences.
- Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive positioning, and new business development opportunities.
- Foster a customer-centric approach by ensuring high levels of service excellence throughout the sales process and post-sale follow-up.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel sales with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Marriott experience a plus.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques relevant to hotel or hospitality industry promotion.
- Familiarity with technology sales tools such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms for effective account management.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Analytical skills to interpret market data, sales metrics, and customer feedback for strategic planning.
