CNA Caregiver – Durham & Raleigh – 20 Hours Weekly – Urgently Hiring
Guiding Light Dementia Care is seeking one experienced CNA caregiver to provide ongoing dementia care for two clients—one in Durham and one in Raleigh.
The selected candidate must be available for the complete five-day schedule and able to travel reliably to both locations.
Pay & Perks
- Competitive pay: $19-22 per hour based on experience
- 20 scheduled hours per week
- Consistent daytime schedule
- Ongoing assignments with two regular clients
- Paid orientation and required training
- Specialized dementia-care education
- Supportive, hands-on supervision
- Continuity-of-care model focused on building client trust and stability
- Eligible for a performance and compensation review after completing 90 days of active client service. Eligibility is based on successful completion of required training, attendance, reliability, and job performance. The 90-day period begins with the caregiver’s first client shift; time spent employed without working client shifts does not count toward the 90-day period. A review does not guarantee a pay increase.
