Turnkey Interiors LLC (TKI), a woman-led, Utah based company, specializing in the installation of doors, trim and hardware for commercial projects is looking for a can-do, hands-on Construction Field Superintendent to join our team. Our Field Superintendents are a crucial part of all projects and are responsible for coordinating all aspects of an onsite installation from start to finish. Each day will be spent visiting job sites and communicating with internal teams, GC's, subs and your installation crews to ensure all key stakeholders understand deadlines and the expectations of each project clearly. The ideal candidate will be coachable, understand how to build valuable relationships with all onsite crews, be a collaborative, team player and be willing to do tasks not on their job description to complete jobs on time at the highest standards of safety and quality.

The Roles & Responsibilities of this position include:
- Coordinating all onsite TKI-directed crews including installers, the delivery team, material movement team and subcontractors
- Communicating project expectations, deadlines and customer needs between all project stakeholders during the installation process (General contractors, contractors, onsite Job Project Managers, Superintendents, Turnkey Crews, Turnkey Project Managers and other key team members)
- Participating in activities related to managing manpower hours, material expenses, quality, onsite productivity, efficiency, safety and security
- Completing all paperwork related to onsite installation activities and installation project management
- Performing all activities related to framing, installing doors, trim and hardware when needed
The Skillsets & Qualifications for this job include:
- 4-5+ years’ experience in commercial and/or luxury residential construction
- 2+ years' experience building relationships with a variety of subcontractors, GCs, crews, etc.
- 2+ years' coordinating and facilitating onsite crews
- 2+ years’ ensuring crews meet safety and quality standards as well as project deadlines effectively and efficiently
- 2+ years' managing all aspects of manpower, material expenses and job site productivity
- 1+ years' experience as a Finish Carpenter (Preferred, not required - 3 months of on-the-job training is available)
- Experience building relationships with a variety of subcontractors, GCs, crews, etc.
- High level problem solving skills to create win-win solutions
- Experience in submitting daily reports, completed units, piece rate install and other information vital for payroll
- Fluent in reading construction plans
- Working knowledge of Procore or other plan/project management software
- Basic knowledge of tablet operations
- Proficient in math and compound miter cuts
- Experience w/quality control and cost control policies and procedures
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Effective and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel from site to site for installations
- Willingness to get your hands dirty and work side by side crews to get the job done
- Ability to work on your feet 8-10 hour days
- Valid Driver’s License and adequate transportation to construction sites
- Ability to communicate in Spanish a plus not a requirement

Schedule:
Job Type: Full-time Monday thru Friday, onsite start time 7:00 a.m. ; 40+ hours/week depending on workload; 99% of your time in the field
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $ 31.00/hr to $ 36.00/hr+ Dependent upon demonstratable skill sets and years experience
