Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, detail‑oriented Registered Nurse to join our clinic on a part‑time basis. The RN will administer IV and IM therapies, support telemedicine follow‑ups (Biote and similar), document labs and encounters in Charm EHR, manage patient communications, and assist with supplement and supply workflows. This role suits an RN with strong IV skills who enjoys a patient‑focused, integrative medicine environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer IV therapies, IM injections, and venipuncture per physician orders and clinic protocols.
- Monitor and document patient status during and after procedures; recognize and escalate adverse reactions.
- Support telemedicine follow‑ups: patient communication, scheduling, and charting for Biote and similar programs.
- Enter and verify lab results and encounters in Charm EHR prior to or by appointment time.
- Prepare visit notes, summaries, and provider reports.
- Manage supplement and supply orders, inventory, and vendor communications.
- Maintain infection control, HIPAA compliance, and clinic safety standards.
- Perform occasional business‑related tasks as requested by clinic leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Active Hawaii RN license in good standing.
- IV therapy certification and demonstrated IV infusion experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Experience supporting telemedicine workflows and patient messaging.
- Proficiency with EHR systems (Charm preferred).
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and clear written/verbal communication.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced wellness/aesthetics setting.
- Team‑oriented, professional demeanor, and patient‑centered approach.
- Ability to provide proof of required immunizations and TB test.
Preferred but not required: familiarity with BioTE protocols, functional medicine, aesthetics, or inventory management.
Schedule and Workload
- Typical clinic days: Monday and/or Friday; schedule set by mutual agreement.
- Shift length: Typical clinic hours 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (exact hours may vary).
- Patient volume: Approximately 4–8 patient visits per clinic day, depending on procedures and follow‑ups.
- Start date: ASAP; flexible for the right candidate. Please include weekly availability in your application.
Compensation and Benefits
- $42-45 per hour.

Onboarding and Pre‑hire Requirements
- Employment contingent on verification of RN license, and verification of certifications (IV, BLS/CPR).
- Onboarding includes Charm EHR training, IV competency check with supervising clinician, HIPAA and clinic policy review, and orientation to supply/inventory procedures.
Physical Demands and Accommodations
- Frequent standing, walking, and patient monitoring.
- Ability to lift and move supplies and equipment as needed.
- Use of PPE and adherence to infection control protocols required.
