JOB SUMMARY: Golf Shop Attendants must have an eagerness to provide quality customer service to our members and guests. This position requires a highly self-motivated individual who is excited to be a part of an amazing team of golf professionals.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:
- Delivering exemplary customer service by answering customer questions about golf products and providing recommendations based on customer needs
- Process sales transactions and take payments
- Assisting with stocking and rotating merchandise
- Cross-selling and upselling products, as well as being up to date on promotions and sales
- Responding to and resolving customer complaints and concerns
- Maintaining a clean and tidy golf shop
- Assisting golf staff with any additional needed tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
- A great attitude and willingness to work hard
- Works well with other team members in a professional manner
- Customer service skills to maintain positive member relationships
- Able to walk or stand for extended periods of time
- Able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Able to work extended hours, including weekend and holiday shifts
SCHEDULE
- This is a seasonal position and will last until approximately late November
WAGE: $15.16/hr., plus commissions
