Job Summary
- Ensure customers receive excellent service and high-quality products.
- Support daily store operations and step in as acting manager when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations as directed by the Store Manager.
- Take full operational responsibility in the absence of store management.
- Ensure product availability and quality in both Front of House and Back of House.
- Open and close the store and complete required daily and weekly reports.
- Handle administrative duties, including banking and daily checkout.
- Follow and enforce food safety and sanitation standards, including proper use of gloves, hair nets, aprons, and hand dips.
- Ensure proper and safe use of all equipment.
- Oversee stocking, cleaning, and FIFO product rotation.
- Resolve customer concerns according to company policy to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist with catering and gifting orders, including B2B fulfillment.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and train front-of-house team members.
- Communicate quality or operational issues to management promptly.
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with unloading shipments and verify quantities against invoices.
- Perform other duties as needed to support business operations.
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Travel to Cranberry, Pennsylvania during peak holiday periods.
Qualifications
- One year or more of restaurant or service industry experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ServSafe certification required or ability to obtain within a designated timeframe.
- Ability to lift up to 65 pounds and perform physical duties of the role.
- Successful completion of the Shift Leader Certification Program.

Pay: $16.50 - $17.25 per hour
