Sunny Skies ABA is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide in-home ABA services throughout the Raleigh–Durham area.
We are currently open to both part-time and full-time clinicians.
This role is designed both for BCBAs who are currently employed elsewhere and are seeking supplemental hours, or a flexible long-term opportunity.
Compensation
- $100–$120 per hour
- Based on experience
- Part-time and full-time options available
Caseload
- Part Time: Start with 1–3 clients and increase based on availability / preference.
- Full Time: Oversee a caseload between 6-10 cases.
Responsibilities
- BCBA supervision of RBTs
- Functional behavior assessments (FBA)
- Treatment plan development and updates
- Parent and caregiver training
- Data review and program adjustments
- Collaboration with families and clinical team

Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Active NC LBA
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
- Experience conducting assessments, supervising RBTs, and providing parent training
