Fontbonne Hall Academy, a prestigious private Catholic high school for young women sponsored by the Sisters of Saint Joseph, is seeking a dynamic and talented MathTeacher to join our esteemed faculty. Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging and interactive math lessons that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes critical thinking, problem-solving, and student engagement.
- Incorporate a variety of instructional strategies and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress and provide timely and constructive feedback to support their mathematical development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate interdisciplinary projects and activities.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- State teaching certification in Mathematics or a willingness to obtain certification.
- Strong knowledge of mathematical concepts, pedagogy, and effective teaching practices.
- Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students to excel in mathematics.
- Experience in developing and implementing effective instructional strategies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues, students, and parents.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
