JOB SUMMARY
The lube technician works under the leadership of the Store Manager, this role will support the operation’s process to satisfy customer demands for Strickland Brothers Oil Change. In addition to some normal production duties and the day-to-day support of the business, the lube technician works in various positions to gain an overall knowledge of company’s operations and processes.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct preventative maintenance on customer vehicles – change oil, wipers, lights, air and cabin filter, check and refill fluid levels
- Interact and engage customers, put a smile on each customer’s face
- Assist the customer in product selection
- Store upkeep
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, EXPERIENCES
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Customer service 1 year (Preferred)
