Your Role & Impact
As a Licensed Esthetician, you’ll delight clients with personalized facials and skincare regimens, ensuring each visit feels luxurious and tailored. You’ll:
- Warmly greet guests and consult with them to choose the ideal facial based on their unique skin needs
- Educate clients on the benefits of facials and ongoing skincare to help them achieve their goals
- Support the spa’s front desk by scheduling appointments and conducting consultations when not performing treatments
- Promote and sell our exclusive HydraFacial, Repêchage, and Image skincare lines, maintaining strong retail sales averages
- Keep your workspace immaculate and welcoming, adhering to strict sanitation and presentation standards
- Engage proactively with the local community to build your clientele when schedules allow
What We’re Looking For
- A licensed esthetician with at least 2 years of professional experience preferred
- Strong belief in the power of skincare and wellness
- Outstanding communication skills to foster trust with clients and teamwork with colleagues
- Dedication to maintaining sales goals and product knowledge
- An enthusiastic attitude, especially regarding our key brands HydraFacial, Repêchage, and Image
