Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

- Manage payroll processing for approximately 50 office employees
- Process weekly union payroll and provide backup support for field payroll operations
- Administer multi-state payroll and ensure payroll tax compliance
- Prepare and file payroll tax reports, including Form 941s and state filings
- Coordinate onboarding, layoffs, and union-related payroll communications
- Set up new jobs/projects within payroll systems and support compliance initiatives
- Required: Union payroll experience/exposure
- Multi-state payroll experience required
- Experience with payroll tax filings, including Form 941s
- Preferred: Construction industry payroll experience/exposure
- Ability to work on-site during the training period
