Job Details:
The Dispatcher position is critical to the efficient assignment of resources to the customers and clients served by the company. Employees in this position will perform the following:

Take a status report from the previous dispatcher

Log on to Rescue Net
-
Sign into the Dispatch Log
-
Review Crewscheduler for the scheduled units to plan the work flow for the shift

Provide accurate ETA’s to the Call Takers for emergency calls
-
Monitor the board and update on a regular basis
-
Log any incidents to the Dispatch Log
-
Report any unusual incidents to the management team
-
Speak and understand the English Language
-
Properly operate the computer and the software suite provided by the company
-
Properly operate the phone and other communications system provided
-
Speak to clients, customers and colleagues in a professional manner
-
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:

HS Diploma or GED Equivalent required
Posted Salary Range: USD $20.00 - USD $28.87 /Hr. :
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and position location.
