Job Summary:
As a Sales Consultant for Used Vehicles at Bomnin Automotive, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers find the ideal pre-owned vehicle that suits their needs and budget. Your primary responsibilities include engaging with customers, showcasing our used vehicle inventory, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring a positive buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Warmly greet customers as they enter the dealership.
- Establish rapport and actively listen to understand customers' vehicle requirements and preferences.
- Provide detailed information on available used vehicle models, features, and conditions.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities.
- Address customer questions and concerns effectively.
Sales Process:
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from vehicle selection to financing options.
- Collaborate with sales managers to negotiate terms and conditions that align with customer and dealership expectations.
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and documentation.
- Ensure accurate recording of customer information and sales activities in the dealership's customer management system.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with their used vehicle purchase.
- Address any post-sale inquiries or issues professionally and promptly.
- Foster long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the dealership.
- Pursue personal and professional growth by participating in training and development opportunities.
Compliance:
- Adhere to all dealership policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Maintain the highest level of ethics and integrity in all sales interactions.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with dealership events, promotions, and initiatives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and new developments in used vehicle models.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to enhance sales strategies and processes.
