America's Insurance Brokers, Inc. is a family owned and operated business located in downtown Plainfield. We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls
- CSR will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current and new clients
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Ability to work effectively and positively in a fast-paced environment
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Insurance knowledge in Property/Casualty is highly recommended
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 5 years (Preferred)
