We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and oversee the delivery of exceptional resident care in our skilled nursing facility.
- Oversee daily nursing operations and clinical services
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff
- Coordinate with physicians, department heads, and interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor quality assurance and infection control programs
- Maintain high standards of resident care and satisfaction
- Active RN license
- Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of nursing regulations and clinical operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
