Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases to enhance their shopping experience
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through stock management, inventory control, and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure product availability
- Conduct regular cleaning, organization, and store maintenance to uphold a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Skills
- Experience in retail sales, customer service, pricing strategies, inventory management, stock replenishment, cashiering, and retail math
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and collaborate with team members across departments
- Excellent organizational skills with time management expertise to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with POS systems, branding standards, remodeling projects, interior design concepts, merchandising techniques, cleaning protocols, inventory control practices, cash handling procedures, and administrative responsibilities
