What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to emergency room patients during night shifts
- Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans using the nursing process
- Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and families regarding care needs and post-discharge instructions
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently using hospital systems
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and safety standards
What You Need
- Current RN license in Louisiana
- Minimum of 2 years of ER or critical care nursing experience
- Valid BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
