Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and handle check-out procedures with professionalism.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Conduct night audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy and prepare daily reports for management review.
- Address guest requests promptly and resolve any issues or complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting visual inspections of the premises, and controlling access points during overnight hours.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and facilities are in optimal condition.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and guest relations protocols to foster a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, with a strong focus on front desk operations.
- Extensive knowledge of hotel experience, including guest services, night audit procedures, and resort operations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and handling high-volume guest interactions.
- Ability to manage guest relations professionally while maintaining confidentiality and security protocols.
