Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Coordinator & Photo Editor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both administrative coordination and creative work, including photography editing and occasional social media support.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, dependable, and excited to grow with a fast-paced, evolving company. This position plays a key role in keeping daily office operations running smoothly while supporting our photography workflow and digital presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Coordination & Administrative Support
- Manage and oversee daily office operations, including front desk responsibilities and phone
- Coordinate and plan company sessions, meetings, and internal schedules
- Handle scheduling and calendar management
- Support team management activities and supervise administrative tasks as needed
- Manage vendor relationships and office services
- Oversee bookkeeping, credit card processing, and financial record keeping using QuickBooks or similar software
- Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure proper document management
- Ensure professional, effective communication across the organization through phone, email, and written correspondence
Photography Editing & Creative Support
- Edit photography files following company style and brand standards
- Organize and manage digital photo files and client galleries
- Assist with photography workflow to ensure deadlines and delivery timelines are met
- Perform basic image adjustments including cropping, color correction, and consistency checks
- Experience with Lightroom and Photoshop is a plus
Social Media Support (As Needed)
- Assist with posting scheduled content to social media platforms when needed
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in posting
- Experience using Canva for simple graphics or edits is a plus
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in office administration, office coordination, or a similar role
- Interest in photography editing; prior editing experience preferred
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software for bookkeeping and payroll processing
- Working knowledge of Canva, Lightroom, and Photoshop is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced company environment
Position Details
- Hours: Approximately 20 hours er week to start
- Pay Rate: $15–$18 per hour, based on experience
