Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Coordinator

Victory Medspa is seeking a warm, polished, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist/Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment, enjoys building relationships with patients, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages promptly.
- Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars efficiently.
- Check patients in and out while ensuring a seamless experience.
- Process payments, financing applications, and retail purchases.
- Educate patients on treatments, memberships, promotions, and skincare products.
- Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with providers to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Assist with inventory, retail merchandising, and front office organization.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the reception area.
- Support marketing initiatives by encouraging reviews, referrals, and patient engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or receptionist experience (medical spa, aesthetics, plastic surgery, dermatology, or healthcare preferred).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable discussing treatment plans, memberships, and retail products.
- Experience with EMR/scheduling software is a plus.
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented.
