Responsibilities!
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Providing compassionate, hands-on care that promotes comfort, dignity, and independence.
- Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team.
- Assisting with meals and hydration.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
- Offering companionship and emotional support throughout each shift.
- Communicating with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
- Being a steady, familiar presence that residents and families can count on.
