Position Overview
Service Captains play a key role in maintaining the flow and quality of service throughout each shift.
This is a hands-on leadership position. You’ll be working directly with guests while also supporting the team and helping set the standard for service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts and support overall floor operations
- Train and mentor new hires
- Maintain strong, consistent service across dining room, bar, and bakery counter
- Step into service roles as needed (server, bar, host support)
- Address guest needs and ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with leadership on service development and team growth
Additional Focus Areas
Responsibilities will be shared across the team:
- Bar leadership (inventory, execution, and training)
- Paper goods and light ordering
All Service Captains are expected to be comfortable supporting bar service.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of serving experience in a high-volume environment
- Leadership experience or strong leadership potential
- Professional, team-oriented approach
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay organized and attentive during busy shifts
- Comfort working both the floor and bar
Compensation
- $18/hour + full tip pool participation
- Full-time schedule
- With tips, this role typically earns approximately $60,000-$80,000 annually

- Full-time
- Availability week nights, weekends required
- Open 7 days a week
