Craft and Technical Solutions is an established Marine and Industrial Staffing Company with offices all over the country. We are currently looking for an Maritime Account Manager to join our team in Mobile, AL.
**This position will work primarily in a shipyard environment**
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Develop account plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Develop a deep understanding of the industry and market trends.
- Work with clients to develop strategies for mutual growth.
- Provide regular updates to clients on account status and progress.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and trends.
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
