Reports To: FOH Manager
Job Summary:
Busser will provide restaurant cleanliness, preparation and assistance services throughout the restaurant.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities:

Arrange table settings and folds napkins according to restaurant standard.

Clears, cleans, and sanitizes tables.

Maintains, cleans, and sanitizes workstations.

Refills condiments or other supplies.
-
Follows all safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations to ensure quality food service.

Collect plates and clears the table as customers finish their meals.
-
Replenishes plates, utensils, cups, etc. for the servers.
-
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Sweep and maintain the parking lot clean

Make sure the customer bathrooms are always clean and filled with necessary items

Maintain the dining room floors, by sweeping and mopping at the end of the night.

Take care of all the trash in the dining room

Fills the ice stations
-
Sets the entirety of the restaurant before opening

First ones in, last ones out
Required Skills/Abilities:
-
Ability to read and follow instructions.
-
Understanding of proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
-
Food handler certification
Physical Requirements:
-
Prolonged periods standing and walking.
-
You must be able to access and navigate all areas of the restaurant.
-
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
