Key Responsibilities Network Operations
- Monitor RF/Cellular and Wi-Fi Calling networks for performance and reliability.
- Execute network parameter changes to optimize performance. Incident Management
- Clear alarms and investigate bugs impacting network services.
- Provide root cause analysis and resolution for network incidents. Deployments
- Perform software upgrades and ensure pre-testing and acceptance testing are completed.
- Lead planning and design activities for new deployments.
- Manage hardware installations and provisioning tasks including SIM management and subscriber updates. Daily Testing & Troubleshooting
- Conduct MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) daily testing.
- Analyze network traces and troubleshoot performance issues. Server Administration Support
- Maintain and support dial-up servers and NetScout services.
- Build and manage MCN service applications hosted on servers. In-Building DAS Support
- Provide GPS and RF support including Wi-Fi calling.
- Conduct monthly RF walk testing and analysis for MCN and mobile operators.
- Validate RF signals in response to customer complaints regarding mobile operator network performance

Salary Range: $64,000 - $104,000 a year
