Who you are:
Are you a reliable, kind individual, independently motivated self-starter, who likes to learn and teach others? If you are a LVT who is looking to explore a career at a responsibly growing practice, we want to meet you! No weekends or late nights! Potential for 4 - 10 hour shifts per week. Salary starts at $21 -$35 per hour based on experience with potential of a bonus each month based on the financial success of the hospital.
Basic Required Qualifications:
- Associates Degree
- Veterinary Technician License
- 1 - 3 + years of clinical experience in the veterinary industry
Desired Experience:
- Assisting doctor with patients in all aspects of care
- General practice knowledge
- Prescription knowledge
- Filling Prescriptions
- Prepping patients for surgery/treatments
- Anesthetic induction
- Monitor patients during surgery/treatments
- Diagnostic imaging
- Running in house diagnostics
- Venipuncture
- Catheter Placement
- Calculate Dosages & Dilutions
- Dental prophylaxis and dental x-rays
- Providing compassionate care to patients

Dr. Kuester has worked at SAGE Veterinary Centers as Urgent Care and Emergency Doctor as well as in single and 15 doctor GPs over the last 10 years. Pay: $21.00 - $35.00 per hour
