Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff during your shift, ensuring smooth operations from food prep to customer service
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards and efficiency
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
- Monitor inventory levels, control food and beverage supplies, and assist with food management to minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards across the kitchen and dining areas
- Train new team members on service protocols, food handling, and safety procedures to foster a skilled workforce
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guests leave satisfied with their experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management or supervising teams within a quick service or fast food restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for transactions and cash handling
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and shift supervision
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control, and food handling procedures
- Previous experience in hospitality management or restaurant experience preferred; casual dining or fine dining background is a plus
