KSG is hiring motivated Sales Representatives to join our retail kiosk teams selling telecommunications products and services. This role is ideal for energetic, customer-focused individuals who enjoy meeting new people, building rapport quickly, and closing sales in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage shoppers and introduce telecommunications products, plans, and promotions.
- Explain features, pricing, and benefits clearly to help customers choose the right solution.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Process new activations, and related sales accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional kiosk appearance.
- Stay informed on current offers, product updates, and competitor activity.
Qualifications
- Bring a high-energy attitude and be comfortable actively engaging with shoppers.
- Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and professional.
- Basic technology skills and the ability to learn product information quickly.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation will include hourly pay, commission, bonuses, or other performance-based incentives.
Schedule
This position follows store operating hours and may include daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts based on business needs.
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
