Legacy Enterprises is a large and rapidly growing construction company, specializing in both commercial and residential drywall, painting, metal framing, and more. We are looking for experienced spray foam installers to be part of the insulation division. This person would also be expected to install fiberglass batts in addition to foam when schedule and projects call for it.
Responsibilities:
- Install insulation materials in residential and commercial buildings
- Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific areas
- Apply insulation to walls, ceilings, floors, and other surfaces
- Seal gaps and cracks with caulk or other sealants to prevent air leaks
- Install vapor barriers to control moisture levels
- Install insulation around HVAC systems and ductwork
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes to ensure proper installation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in insulation installation, fiberglass, mineral wall and blow in insulation. Spray foam is required.
- Knowledge of different types of insulation materials and their applications, material take off sheets
- Familiarity with construction techniques and tools used in insulation installation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, kneeling, lifting, and climbing
