Our facility, Olivia Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, is a residential health care facility striving to provide the highest levels of quality care.
What You'll Do:
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring safety and comfort for residents and staff
- Assist with minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility safety regulations
- Monitor and maintain facility equipment, reporting major repairs as needed
- Collaborate with the care team to create a safe, welcoming environment
What We're Looking For:
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus!)
- Knowledge of basic repair skills: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve quickly
- Strong commitment to safety and resident-centered service
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends for emergencies
