The Core Objectives of the Customer Service Representative:
- Provide outstanding customer support while actively identifying opportunities to promote Verizon Wireless products.
- Engage in customer-facing communications with a dual focus on issue resolution and sales generation.
- Confidently present and sell upgraded services, new packages, and promotional offers to existing clients.
- Build strong, lasting client relationships that foster loyalty and create repeat business opportunities.
- Utilize consultative questioning to understand customer lifestyles and recommend ideal telecom solutions.
- Efficiently manage a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Document all support and sales activities with accuracy in the company system.
- Meet and exceed individual targets for both customer satisfaction scores and sales conversion rates.
The Customer Service Representative should have:
