Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Worker to join our production team. This role is responsible for assembling various mirror and cabinet products to meet quality and safety standards. If you're hands-on, team-focused, and take pride in building a product from start to finish—this is the job for you.
Responsibilities
- Assemble decorative framed mirrors, ensuring accurate alignment and secure attachment of frame components
- Build medicine cabinets, shelving units, and install glass and hardware
- Fabricate mirror closet doors, including mirror-to-frame attachment and hardware installation
- Follow assembly instructions, blueprints, and production diagrams
- Perform quality control checks and adjust work to meet specifications
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Prepare hardware bags and assemble custom box inserts for outgoing products
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Assist with packaging and boxing finished products
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
- Follow all safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies
Requirements
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours/day
- Frequent bending, reaching, and manual assembly work
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Willingness to learn and attend required meetings and training sessions
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience
- Familiarity with assembly processes or production environments
- Comfortable using basic tools and working with hands-on tasks

- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM (occasional overtime as needed)
