Assistant Director of Maintenance Job Summary:

Assistant Director of Maintenance Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and maintain all aspects of our facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building structures to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall operations
- Perform routine inspections and repairs to ensure the maintenance of our facilities' equipment, machinery, and tools
- Perform general maintenance work as needed
Assistant Director of Maintenance Requirements:
- Prior experience in maintenance in a nursing home required
- SNF experience with AHCA regulations
- Basic knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
