- Job Title: Mental Health Coordinator (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Location: Florence, AZ (Must be 70 miles from Florence, AZ)
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days/week | Days
- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks- with possibly extension
- Traveler Weekly gross Rate: $2,769/week
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT
Candidates must reside 70+ miles from Florence, AZ based on their permanent address as listed on a valid Driver’s License or State ID. Local candidates will not be considered.
Requirements:
- Must possess appropriate LPC, LCSW, LMFT certification or licensing in the state where practice occurs.
- Have 2+ year experience
- Hold an active, clear license (facility's state)
- Hold a compliant BLS from AHA
- Be available to start within 3 weeks
