Johnny Londoff Chevrolet is now hiring Service Business Development Representative. This is a full-time position in our Business Development Center. This position involves:
- Handling all incoming phone calls
- Managing incoming leads and setting appointments
- Make outbound Service calls
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers
- Must be personable
- Have working knowledge of computers
- One year of phone etiquette experience preferred
- Record detailed notes in customer data system
- One year’s customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in using software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
