Overview:
Join our team as a Dog Daycare Attendant and be a part of creating a fun and safe environment for our furry friends. If you have a passion for animals and enjoy working with dogs, this role is perfect for you.
We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including holidays. Applicants must have weekend and holiday availability.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor dogs during playtime to ensure their safety and well-being
- Engage in play activities with dogs to provide mental stimulation and exercise
- Maintain cleanliness of the daycare facility, including cleaning up after dogs
- Assist in feeding and cleaning the kennel environments
- Follow daycare procedures and protocols to ensure the health, safety and happiness of all dogs
Qualifications:
- Experience in dog handling, dog training, or animal care preferred
-A strong understanding in dog body language
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
- Strong customer service skills to interact with pet owners if necessary
- Knowledge of animal restraint techniques is a plus
- Passion for pet care and willingness to learn about different breeds and behaviors
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Certification in pet care, kennel management, or related field is beneficial

Pay: $13.00 - $16.50 per hour
