About the Role: Autism Tree is seeking a highly sophisticated, proactive, and meticulous Executive & Operations Associate. This dual-focus role requires an individual who pairs elite organizational acumen with the executive presence necessary to interface directly with high-level donors, corporate partners, board members, and community leaders. Working side-by-side with the Family Care Coordinator, you will help operationalize the strategic vision of the Executive Director while executing high-level administrative tasks, calendar logistics, and digital asset tracking with absolute precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support & Donor Relations: Serve as a polished primary point of contact for the Executive Director. Coordinate VIP schedules, prepare briefs for high-level donor meetings, and draft sophisticated executive correspondence and presentation materials.
- Strategic Co-Implementation: Collaborate closely with the Family Care Coordinator to map out, timeline, and execute campaigns, program expansions, and organizational goals driven by the Executive Director.
- Calendar & Administrative Governance: Manage complex master calendars, schedule internal and external stakeholder meetings, oversee RSVPs, and maintain secure, structured archiving systems for sensitive legal and organizational documentation.
- Brand Stewardship & Communication: Manage executive inbox flows, field inquiries, and respond to community stakeholders, upholding an elite standard of brand presentation across all touchpoints.
- On-Site Event Operations: Provide high-level logistics support during key weekend family programs and community events, managing VIP registration, guest check-ins, and on-site coordination details.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Public Relations, or a related field required.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, managing donor relations, or working in high-end hospitality/corporate client services.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in donor databases/CRM software (e.g., Little Green Light, Wild Apricot), calendar automation tools, and the Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 suite.
- Core Attributes: Exceptionally poised, highly articulate, and self-motivated. Possesses an impeccable eye for detail, total discretion with sensitive data, and the ability to pivot seamlessly under tight timelines.
Working Conditions & Schedule
- Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday schedule preferred, with flexibility for high-level evening or Sunday donor events as required.

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
