Position Overview
We are hiring 2 CDL-A Drivers for a local delivery route in Gonzales, LA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, weekends off, and overtime opportunities. Drivers will deliver automotive parts to local customers while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and customer service.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Weekends Off
- Start times vary based on customer needs:
- Driver 1: 10:00 PM – 3:00 AM
- Driver 2: 1:00 AM – 3:00 AM
- Typical shifts are 9–10 hours per day
- Overtime paid after 40 hours worked

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer.
- Transport and deliver automotive parts to customers.
- Complete 5–15 stops per day.
- Load and unload touch freight using a manual pallet jack and manual pans.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and delivery documentation.
- Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Clean driving record
- Ability to safely handle touch freight and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Previous delivery experience is a plus
