THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR CHILDCARE CENTER DIRECTOR - PRESCHOOL OPERATIONS MANAGER
THE SCHEDULE:
This is a fulltime position working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
YOUR ROLE:
As our Childcare Center Director - Preschool Operations Manager, you'll oversee smooth center operations, ensure compliance with licensing requirements, support staff, and maintain a safe, organized environment. You supervise and develop team members, oversee curriculum implementation, partner with families, address operational needs, and manage enrollment, tuition, budgeting, and growth initiatives, all while setting high standards and fostering a positive preschool culture.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:

Associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field

Meets California Community Care Licensing (CCL) requirements for a Preschool Center Director
Experience as a preschool director or site supervisor in a licensed childcare center, knowledge of California Title 22 and Title 5 regulations, strong leadership and family engagement skills, and familiarity with enrollment management, budgeting, and program growth are preferred.
