Overview
Marcus Pointe Christian Preschool @ Beulah is hiring for our new school year. We have part time and full time positions available.
Duties
- Create a warm, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and social skills among preschool-aged children.
- Manage daily classroom activities, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining a structured yet flexible schedule.
- Foster positive behavior management strategies to promote respectful interactions and emotional regulation among students.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed diligently by maintaining child welfare standards and adhering to mandated reporting laws when necessary.
- Incorporate special education strategies and early intervention techniques to support
- Stay current with best practices in early childhood education through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings is essential; familiarity with toddler care is highly valued.
- DCF mandatory 45hrs training is a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
