This position prepares and cooks menu items to quality and safety standards, maintains a clean workspace, and works efficiently with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare all food items for hospitality areas based on a build sheet provided by the supervisor.

Prepare all premium space food orders.

Cook and assemble hot food items for all concessions stands.

Uphold company cleanliness and operating procedures.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 30lbs.
Must be available to work as scheduled based on event needs, including evenings, weekends, late nights, and long shifts.
