Now, we’re looking for experienced HVAC Service Turnover Technicians / Field Supervisors who can lead from the front—mentoring the next generation of technicians while making a real impact for homeowners every single day.
Compensation & Perks
- $85,000 – $145,000 annually
- $2,500 sign-on bonus

The Mission (Not Just a Job)
You’ll be the expert homeowners trust when their system is on its last leg.
- Evaluate aging HVAC systems and guide homeowners on repair vs. replace
- Create strong customer relationships built on trust, education, and solutions
- Work alongside our sales team to transition replacement opportunities
- Ask the right questions to uncover comfort, safety, and efficiency needs
- Present financing, membership plans, and long-term solutions
- Mentor and develop younger technicians in the field
- Maintain professionalism, organization, and a clean job site
- Stay sharp through training, team meetings, and development opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced HVAC Service Technician (5+ years preferred)
- Strong diagnostic and communication skills
- Natural leadership mentality—someone others look up to
- Comfortable discussing system replacement options with homeowners
- Driven, accountable, and goal-oriented
- Team-first mindset
