Duties
- Supervise daily food and beverage service, including casual dining, fine dining, catering, bar operations, and quick service outlets
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to meet quality standards while adhering to food safety regulations
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
- Control inventory levels through accurate stock management, ordering supplies as needed to prevent shortages or waste
- Lead shift management by coordinating team activities, resolving customer issues promptly, and ensuring smooth operations
- Implement food safety protocols and supervise kitchen management to maintain hygiene standards across all outlets
Experience
- Proven experience in food service management within casual dining, fine dining, or hotel environments
- Demonstrated supervisory or assistant manager experience with a strong background in team leadership and staff training
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management practices
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transaction processing and reporting
- Experience handling inventory control, budgeting, and cost management in a hospitality setting
- Background in managing diverse food operations including catering, banquets, bar services, and quick-service restaurants
- Strong understanding of food safety standards, culinary practices, and customer service excellence in the food industry
