Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Admissions Manager to lead our student recruitment and enrollment efforts. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive student recruitment strategies aligned with institutional goals and policies
- Conduct public speaking engagements, campus tours, and informational sessions to attract prospective students
- Manage the student information system to track applications, admissions data, and enrollment progress
- Oversee the entire admissions cycle, including application review, interviews, and decision-making processes
- Collaborate with academic departments to ensure compliance with educational regulations and institutional policies
- Lead admissions staff and student ambassadors, providing training, motivation, and performance feedback
- Maintain accurate records of applicant data, communication logs, and compliance documentation for auditing purposes
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop outreach campaigns targeting prospective students locally and globally
- Provide guidance on university or school policies related to admissions, ensuring transparency and fairness in all procedures
- Engage with students directly through advising sessions to support their transition into the institution’s academic environment
Experience
- 5+ years proven experience in education administration or student recruitment within a university or higher education setting
- Strong background in public speaking, presenting information clearly and confidently to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with student information systems such as Ellucian or comparable platforms for data management
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment
- Knowledge of educational compliance standards and regulations governing admissions processes
- Experience working with students from varied backgrounds, including international applicants if applicable
- Prior teaching or academic advising experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Understanding of school policies related to admissions and enrollment procedures is essential
