Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
Perform preventive maintenance on production, assembly, and facility equipment
Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs with minimal operational disruption
Support electrical systems, motors, sensors, relays, control panels, and related components
Handle general facility maintenance involving lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems
Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment manuals
Assist with new equipment installations, upgrades, and improvement projects
Coordinate with contractors and service vendors when specialized support is required
Document completed repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment issues
Maintain an organized inventory of tools, replacement parts, and maintenance supplies
Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and operations teams to resolve equipment issues
Qualifications
At least 3 years of industrial, manufacturing, or facilities maintenance experience
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
Experience working with motors, sensors, relays, control panels, pneumatics, and hydraulics
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment
PLC and industrial controls troubleshooting experience is preferred
Welding, fabrication, machining, or HVAC experience is helpful
High school diploma or GED required; technical education or an associate degree is preferred
Ability to work independently and respond effectively to urgent maintenance needs
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
