Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and mobility

Support meal preparation and ensure residents' nutritional needs are met

Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident areas, including laundry duties

Monitor residents regularly and assist with medication tracking

Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families to ensure quality care
Who You Are

A compassionate and motivated individual who genuinely cares for elderly and afflicted residents

Calm under pressure with strong decision-making and communication skills

Professional, easy to work with, and dedicated to creating a welcoming home environment

Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
